When you visit our website, our web server automatically records log files transmitted by your browser. These include: IP address, date and time of the request, time zone difference to GMT, content of the request, HTTP status code, volume of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and version, and operating system. This data is collected on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) in ensuring the security and stability of our systems. The data cannot be attributed to specific individuals and is generally deleted after a short period unless required to investigate security incidents.
Our website does not contain a contact form. If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide (name, e-mail address, organisation, content of your message) is stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and for any follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent. Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) or on pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The data is stored for as long as is necessary to process your enquiry and any subsequent communication, subject to statutory retention periods.
Our website does not set cookies and does not use tracking or analytics services. No audience measurement or profiling takes place.
Our website is hosted by a service provider within the European Union, with whom a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. To display the website, fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited). Your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process, and processing in the USA cannot be excluded. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR); transfers are based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. On the homepage, some partner logos are loaded from a server operated by YouTrain GmbH (youtrain.com), a company of the group. Your IP address is transmitted to that server; no transfer to third parties takes place as a result.
